1. Parental & Legal Guardrails

Blueprint Web Design is operated by a talented local minor under direct parental supervision. All formal project contracts, service agreements, and financial transactions require the co-signature and structural management of a legal parent or guardian to remain legally binding.

2. Subscription & Hosting Terms (Option B Plan)

Our subscription model operates at a rate of $60 per month. This flat fee bundles premium website hosting management, routine security checks, and minor text/image modifications.

• Non-Payment: If a monthly subscription invoice goes unpaid for more than 14 days past the due date, Blueprint Web Design retains the right to pause site hosting, temporarily taking the client’s website offline until the balance is resolved.

3. Client Content Responsibility

Clients must provide all required business text, verified formatting, and specific images/logos within agreed project timelines. The client guarantees they own the rights to any photos or logos provided to us.

4. Design Ownership

Upon full receipt of any initial setup fees and active monthly accounts, the client retains operational usage rights over the front-end layout. Blueprint Web Design retains the right to display screenshots of the completed layout in our professional design portfolios.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, serving businesses across the Westchester area.
